EnCata engineered a VTOL impeller that increased thrust by 24.6% through CFD simulations and aerodynamic optimization. We optimized the efficiency of multirotor three-bladed propellers within an impeller ‘barrel’ geometry, followed by DFM for production readiness.

3D body scanner

A high precision body scanner for fashion retail. The scanner design is a rotating platform with a set of digital cameras measuring body parameters. Digital images are then transferred via a Wi-Fi interface to a PC and undergo real-time conversion into a digital 3D model.

A continuously variable frictionless transmission prototype (proof-of-concept) with high torque was developed and manufactured, based on a client’s patented invention. The prototype EnCata designed and built then went for static testing and further development.
