The Hackspace Make Center, in collaboration with EnCata, conceived and brought to life a unique artistic creation – acoustic mirrors. Generously sponsored by philanthropist and EPAM co-founder, Leonid Lozner, this endeavor culminated in the manifestation of an extraordinary art piece.

Gleb Pogorelov, Head of MakeIT, shared with dev.by the intricacies of the creation, manufacturing, and installation process of this captivating art piece. It entailed a meticulous three-month journey from conception to prototype realization.

Acoustic mirrors, also known as parabolic reflectors, serve as physical entities designed to concentrate and amplify sound waves. Placed within a proximity of up to 100 meters apart, these mirrors enable clear communication between individuals, harnessing the wonders of elementary physics.
